Anna Čaplovičová leads the INOVATO Cluster, which connects companies, research and education in the field of innovation, digitalization and industrial development. Previously, she worked at the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic, where she contributed to the development of innovation strategies, including RIS3 (2021-2027). She studied materials engineering at the Faculty of Science and Technology in Trnava and the Technical University of Munich. She gained practical experience in the automotive industry – she worked as an expert in the quality department of purchased parts at Volkswagen Slovakia and as a production director at Eurostyle Systems. She believes in collaboration, connecting different sectors and creating a community where people can learn and grow from each other.
