After studying International Business at the University of Vienna, I started to focus on the topic of recruitment and the analysis of potential and further career development for clients in the international sphere. I have many years of experience in leading teams in HR, in the public, private and NGO spheres. I currently support continuing education projects at the Digital Coalition, where the main goal is to help both young and professionally more senior employees to remain competitive in a changing job market.
