Roman is co-owner and CEO of TECHNODAT, a leading supplier of digital engineering and product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions. He joined the company in 2020. He has more than 30 years of international experience in technology, innovation and team management. He has held management and development positions in Canada, Ireland, France, Germany and Sweden.
His strength is his ability to link technical expertise to business strategy and support business transformation through digital tools.
He is the founder of the 3DX Alliance, an international group that brings together Dassault Systèmes’ leading partners in Europe. Strategically, TECHNODAT is moving towards a position as a technology leader in Central Europe, focusing on know-how sharing and innovative value-added services. Roman is a graduate of the Slovak University of Technology. He builds his leadership on trust, innovation and long-term value cooperation.
