Use your talents is the only Gallup® Certification Partner in Slovakia and the Czech Republic and one of only ten in the world. Since 2021, we have been bringing the world’s leading talent development methodology to our market, helping individuals, teams and organizations grow – in performance, engagement and satisfaction.

We are an official Gallup® partner with GGSC – Gallup Global Strengths Coach certification. We provide training, coaching and mentoring in four languages (SK, CZ, EN, DE). The founder of the platform is Jozef Kokoška, former Managing Director of Accenture. Our expert team operates in Bratislava/Modra, Košice, Prague and online.
